Who we are Cabins, Cottages and Bungalows (CC&B) is dedicated to sustainable and environmentally conscious residential building. CC&B incorporates best for-profit business practices and principles in sustainable, environmentally sensitive renovation, restoration, and de-construction. CC&B is dedicated to the creative and rigorous recycling of used and recycled materials in all of its projects. Used materials are culled from all over the South East as purchases from architectural salvage yards, landfill rescue of used building materials, de-construcion of abandoned dwellings and on-site recycling with-in a house project. Our company name, “Cabins, Cottages and Bungalows” was chosen to celebrate the Arts and Crafts values embodied in the relaxed comfort of smaller, simpler dwellings. What we do Cabins, Cottages and Bungalows's focus is the dismantling (de-construction) of houses abandoned or slated for demolition in areas where they have little to no value and re-constructs them in areas where they can be re-sold and occupied by persons proud to own and live in them. CC&B also renovates houses on their original lots whenever economically feasible. We add all the latest, low maintenance, new plumbing, electrical and heating and air conditioning systems along with tasteful additions and amenities to comfortable modern living. Our guiding principle: build unique homes of character, that we would live in! CC & B now also does remodeling and renovations! Reasonable rates.
